About this opportunity

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate onboarding and training programs for new and current warehouse employees. Provide hands-on instruction and coaching to employees with varying levels of experience, learning styles, and communication preferences. Adapt training methods as needed to promote understanding, competency, and retention. Provide hands-on training for shipping, receiving, inventory handling, repack operations, and other warehouse processes.
