Prepare and execute the audit plan, including sampling, process trails, and traceability (mass balance, when applicable). Assess compliance with ISO 22000, applicable PRPs, and FSSC Additional Requirements (e.g., food defense, food fraud, allergens, management of outsourced services, environmental monitoring when applicable, food safety culture). Collect and record evidence; write nonconformities and observations objectively and in line with scheme requirements.
