About this opportunity

The HR Accommodations Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for workplace accommodations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and supporting Raising Cane’s accommodation programs. This role manages the interactive accommodation process, partners with Legal and Crew Relations to evaluate and recommend appropriate accommodation solutions and communicates outcomes to Crewmembers and leaders.
