Salary starts at $100,000/annually Rogue Community Health is dedicated to its mission to improve health, especially for the most vulnerable, in partnership with our community. Rogue Community Health is looking for a Student Health Services Nurse Case Manager for the 2026/27 school year only. This position is based at the Eagle Point School District 9. This position will be expected to travel to all schools within Eagle Point School District as needed.
