ABOUT THE ROLE The ICMS Lead is a working lead who helps coordinate caseload workflow, complex participant needs, referrals, documentation, case conferencing, and collaboration with Client Support Specialists and other campus teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide daily guidance and case consultation to ICMS Case Managers and help coordinate participant assignments, workflow, and service priorities.
