The Legal Counsel serves as a trusted business partner and legal advisor on commercial transactions for Tarkett’s flooring solutions in North America. This role leads drafting, negotiation, and structuring of sales, leasing, licensing, procurement, and services agreements, with a focus on advancing business objectives while managing legal risk.
