About this opportunity

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer On-Site, you will serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and our client's on-site leadership team. You'll provide dedicated operational oversight to drive service delivery and act as the face of Traba inside the facility — managing day-to-day worker support, coordinating onboarding and scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between workers, site supervisors, and Traba's internal operations team.
