Purpose of the Job The QC Technician is responsible for executing all quality assurance and food safety monitoring activities during plant operations at the Florida-based orange juice processing facility. This role ensures compliance with 21 CFR 117 (FSMA Preventive Controls), 21 CFR 120 (Juice HACCP), GMP standards, and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
