About this opportunity

The Palliative Care Nurse Clinician provides clinical support to patients with serious illness as part of an interdisciplinary palliative care team. Responsibilities include patient and caregiver education, care coordination, symptom and medication management, and advance care planning. Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. Some local travel between clinic sites required; mileage reimbursement at IRS rate.
