At Zoox, the HR (PEx) Generalist is the frontline face and dependable first point of contact for our workforce ("crew"). In this role, you will triage and resolve daily employee inquiries across Slack, email, and in-person channels, partnering with specialized Centers of Excellence (COEs)- including Benefits, Payroll, People Operations, ER, and Legal-to answer foundational questions and escalate complex matters appropriately.
